A complete application lets the team evaluate the commercial fit without unnecessary back-and-forth. Start on the brand portal and provide the information requested there.
- Registered company name, business address and authorized representative.
- Business email and reliable contact details.
- Planned sales channels and the relevant storefront or seller-account information.
- Product identifiers, exact variants, quantity and intended purchase tier.
- Requested receiving method: FBA, your warehouse or a third-party logistics provider.

Written terms before payment
The approved quotation or Pro Forma Invoice sets the product, quantity, price, payment instructions and relevant fulfillment terms. Use only the payment instructions supplied through the approved account process.
Documentation after cleared payment
Applicable final commercial and buyer-specific authorization documentation follows cleared payment and completed review. Preparation and dispatch follow the order’s agreed sequence, including any marketplace approval stage.
