Confirm receiving at your own warehouse or nominated logistics provider. Your seller account remains responsible for its customer-facing delivery and marketplace obligations.
Get the handoff right.
A product’s ASIN is not a substitute for your account-specific FNSKU or shipment instructions. Make sure the exact variant and receiving information match the approved order.
- Confirm the brand, ASIN, color or size and final quantity.
- Complete the applicable onboarding or selling-approval step.
- Provide the correct buyer-supplied FNSKU labels when required.
- Send the approved shipment plan, final destination and box/receiving instructions.
- Confirm the preparation and dispatch sequence in the order documentation.
Documentation is specific to your transaction.
Following cleared payment and completed review, applicable commercial and buyer-specific authorization documents are prepared for the purchasing business. Documentation may support Amazon onboarding where required; Amazon retains sole control of seller-account, category, listing and marketplace decisions.
